Le ministère de l’Industrie et le FPI pour le recouvrement forcé de ses dettes dans un délai de 24 heures
Le ministre national de l’industrie, Julien Paluku Kahongya s’est entretenu ce jeudi 5 mars 2020, avec le directeur général du Fonds de promotion de l’industrie (FPI) , Patrice Kitebi, au sujet des dettes que doivent payer les débiteurs du FPI et du ministère de l’Industrie, dans un délai de 24 heures.
«Le délai de l’arrangement à l’amiable étant largement expiré, des mesures viennent d’être prises pour démarrer avec le recouvrement forcé», a déclaré le ministre de l’Industrie Julien Paluku.
Un montant évalué à plus ou moins 150.000.000 (cent cinquante millions) de dollars américains doit être recouvrée, a-t-il indiqué, pour permettre au FPI de financer au moins 1 (un) projet par territoire, à hauteur de 1.000.000 (un million) USD les 145 (cent quarante-cinq) territoires que compte la République démocratique du Congo (RDC).
Pour le ministre de l’Industrie, ce montant servira également à la mise en œuvre de l’incubateur, afin de concrétiser le projet de création des 10 (dix) premiers millionnaires congolais, lauréats de la master class de décembre 2019, et d’exécuter des projets retenus dans les province dans plusieurs domaines dont, l’agro-industrie, l’aquaculture, l’élevage et le forage d’eau potable, ce, avec le concours des Ministres provinciaux de l’Industrie, des chefs des divisions provinciales de l’Industrie et de la Fédération des entreprises du Congo (FEC).
